Cancellation policy: Paid, registered participants who cancel prior to 21 days before the workshop for which they registered will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Paid registered participants who cancel with less than 21 days notice before the workshop for which they registered will not receive a refund. Instead, they will receive a credit to attend the same workshop held by The Chicago Relationship Center within 2 years of the date of the workshop for which they originally registered. This credit may be given to another professional if the professional that registered and canceled wishes to do so.
CE Credits Available through for R Cassidy:
The workshop meets the qualifications for 20.0 hours of continuing education credit. The CE certificate fee is $40.00, paid online to R. Cassidy after completing the workshop. A link will be provided. Please contact Dr. McNulty if you have questions.
Please Note: Licensing Boards change regulations often, and while we attempt to stay abreast of their most recent changes, if you have questions or concerns about this course meeting your specific board’s approval, we recommend you contact your board directly to obtain a ruling.
Please Note:
The state of Minnesota (for MFT's) requires 30 days to approve CE's for this workshop. R Cassidy needs Minnesota MFT's materials 2 weeks prior to that deadline.
The state of New Jersey requires 90 days notice to approve CE's. R Cassidy must have applications materials from applicants 120 days prior to the date of the workshop.
